Christy Lewis
Executive Vice President
Christy is a lifelong Austinite, having graduated from Westwood High School and Texas State University in San Marcos with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and from National American University in Austin with a master’s degree in management. She brings nearly 20 years of experience to the position, working for nearly nine years at TACC as both Vice President of Administration and Member Services and Director of Member Services, as the Director of Admissions at National American University in Austin, and as a Partnership Coordinator at the University of Texas at Austin. Christy has a broad range of experience including member and partner relations, legislative affairs, meeting and event planning, human resources, accounting, webinar development, social media content creation, database management, and marketing.
Sarah Thomas
Administrative Intern
Sarah is currently pursuing her Master of Agribusiness at Texas Tech University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from Mississippi State University. She has a strong interest in the agriculture industry and is passionate about supporting producers and agricultural cooperatives while strengthening the connection between agriculture and the public.
Sarah brings experience in customer service and communications, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. She’ll be assisting with member communications, meeting preparation, and various projects throughout the summer as she learns more about the cooperative system in Texas.
