What began in 2020 as a co-op manager’s simple idea to restore profitability in farm supply store operations has grown into a highly regarded annual event—the Farm Store Summit. This year’s conference on January 15-16, 2026 will be at a new location, the Sunday House Inn in Fredericksburg, TX. This meeting is designed to equip farm and ranch centers with strategies to adapt, innovate, and prosper.
